Practice Experience
Stefan Sasse is a German and European patent attorney. He regularly counsels clients on the prosecution of patents, utility models, design patents and trademarks. His work also focuses on the litigation and licensing of intellectual property rights, and on IP strategy and due diligence examination. In the field of IP, he is particularly experienced in automated manufacturing systems, automotive systems, medical devices, software, financial services, and e-business systems.
Stefan Sasse is honorary professor at Hamburg University of Design and Arts, where he teaches design engineering, technical mechanics and patent law. He developed his technical expertise as an engineer in mechanical, medical and design engineering projects, as well as leading the Biomechanics Laboratory at the Hamburg Trauma Hospital.
