Sabine Schomaker's principal area of practice includes bank finance with particular expertise in acquisition and project finance. She has experience in domestic and international leverage and corporate finance transactions, including acquisition finance, leveraged buyouts, refinancings and project finance.

She advises both German and international lenders, investors as well as companies in their national and international finance transactions and related corporate issues.

Ms. Schomaker also has experience in capital markets transactions, including IPOs.
