Practice Experience
Sabine Schulte-Beckhausen advises energy undertakings on all aspects of the European and German regulatory framework for energy as well as on energy transactions.
She specializes in the areas of regulation/unbundling as well as cooperation/public-private partnerships. Due to her previous work, she has gained many years of experience in strategy and transaction advice, in particular on the privatization of public utilities. Furthermore, she has broad practical expertise in EU lobbying for municipal energy supply companies.
Prior to joining White & Case, Sabine Schulte-Beckhausen worked for the German Association of Municipal Utilities (VKU) between 1994 and 2001 and in the investment banking department of Sal. Oppenheim between 2001 and 2007.
