Steven Teichman advises clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, including domestic and international mergers and acquisitions and related financings. He has structured joint ventures and venture capital transactions and formed private equity funds. Mr. Teichman also represents corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies on general corporate matters.

Mr. Teichman joined White & Case from another major New York-based law firm. His work at his previous firm included representing many Fortune 500 companies and private equity firms including: American Electric Power Company (AEP), American International Group (AIG), The Blackstone Group, Borden Chemicals, DePfa Bank, General Electric, Ingersoll-Rand, National Broadcasting Company (NBC), Telefonica, Vestar Capital Partners and The Virgin Group.

Since joining White & Case, Mr. Teichman has also represented many new clients in a wide variety of M&A, joint venture and private equity related transactions. Such list of new clients include the following: Casa Cuervo, Colony Capital, Deutsche Bank, East-West Asset Management Company, The Galileo Funds, Lehman Brothers, Pacific Century Group, PineBridge Investments, Prudential, Starwood Capital and The Williams Companies.
