His recent experience includes:

• Represented Nordic Capital V Ltd. in its divestment of the Point International Group to VeriFone, Inc. Point International is Northern Europe's largest provider of payment and gateway services and solutions for retailers.
• Assisted Cellmark AB in its acquisition of Alcan International Network from Constellium. AIN operates globally and specializes in sale and distribution of specialty chemicals, minerals and raw materials from 15 countries.
• Acted for EQT V in its SEK 21 billion divestment of Securitas Direct AB to a consortium consisting of private equity firms Bain Capital and Hellman & Friedman. Securitas Direct AB is the European leader in monitoring and alarm solutions for homes and small businesses.
• Assisted the sellers of Printley AB in connection with the sale of the company to Brand Factory Group AB (a portfolio company of Scope Growth II LP). Printley AB is one of Sweden's largest combination printing businesses.
