Practice Experience
Tuula Tallavaara is specialized in private and public M&A. She regularly represents leading private equity clients in domestic and cross-border transactions and has acted as lead counsel in some of the largest M&A-transactions in the Nordic region during the last years. She also advises in general corporate law and private equity fund related matters. Occasionally, she also acts as external lecturer in M&A for educational institutions.

Prior to joining White & Case in 2010, Tuula worked as an associate at a Swedish law firm in Stockholm and in London. For a period in 2009-2010, she also acted as visiting in-house counsel to listed Swedish mining company Boliden AB (publ).
