Ms. Vukelj is a member of the Securities Practice with an emphasis on securitization and structured finance transactions. She has significant transactional experience in a broad array of structured finance and securitization transactions including rental car securitizations and leveraged funds such collateralized loan obligations. Ms. Vukelj has represented issuers, underwriters, placement agents, insurers and lenders and her clients have included Avis Budget, J.P. Morgan, Ambac Assurance and Morgan Stanley, among others.

Recently, Ms. Vukelj has focused on regulatory issues and market developments impacting the securitization and structured finance markets, in addition to ongoing transactional work with clients.
