Practice Experience
Ms. Leece is a member of the Securities practice with an emphasis on securitization and structured finance transactions. Her structured finance experience includes collateralized bond and loan obligation issuances, including "market value" and "cash flow" type transactions, rental car securitizations and cross-border, dual-currency asset backed securitizations. Her clients include Ambac, Avis Budget, JPMorgan and Morgan Stanley, among others.
Ms. Leece assists in the representation of clients in transactions involving private placements and Rule 144A and Regulation S offerings.
