Examples of recent representations include:

• Acting for the mandated lead arranger, in connection with the provision of credit facilities to a CVC Capital Partners incorporated SPV for the US$1.7 billion acquisition of travel accessory manufacturer Samsonite Corporation (a Delaware entity) by CVC. The financing comprised of senior, revolving, second lien and PIK facilities; and
• Acting for Goldman Sachs in the provision of additional financing to Setanta Sport Holdings Limited in the form of a €50 million extension to the existing PIK Facility and €80 million by way of a further equity fundraising.
