Tomáš Cibuľa joined White & Case in March 2008. Prior to this, he worked for more than two years for Ernst & Young in Bratislava.

He works mainly in the area of indirect taxation, where he has provided advisory services and prepared tax returns for international clients in the  pharmaceutical, energy and real estate sectors.

His experience in the area of direct taxation includes the preparation of tax returns for corporate clients in retail sales and real estate, the preparation of personal income tax returns of both residents and non-residents and ad-hoc tax advisory on various issues.

Mr Cibuľa has also participated in various tax due diligence investigations and statutory audits.
