Practice Experience
Mr. Flynn is an associate with the intellectual property group in White & Case's Silicon Valley office. His practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, trade secret and copyright litigation.
Prior to joining White & Case, Mr. Flynn worked at the Institute for International Economics in Washington, D.C., specializing in international trade and Chinese monetary policy.
