Practice Experience

Todd Gluckman is a member of the firm’s litigation practice group, where he assists clients in the resolution of complex domestic and international commercial disputes. His significant recent experience includes:

Representing a major domestic bank in federal court on claims arising from a major corporate insolvency;
Representing a major corporation in federal court on claims arising out of the United States False Claims Act and related to payment of customs duties;
Representing a major foreign bank in an insurance arbitration involving US securities fraud claims; and
Representing major domestic banks in federal court on claims related to payment of pre-World War II foreign government bonds.

Prior to joining White & Case, Mr. Gluckman worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Frederick J. Martone, United States District Judge for the District of Arizona.
