This breakfast seminar will explore what has happened to the economy over the last 18 months and the effects this has had upon the legal and financial markets. Moderated by Magdalene Bayim-Adomako, Head of Bank Finance, London, the seminar includes a presentation by Edward Eyerman, Head of Leverage Finance at Fitch Ratings and a panel discussion on, amongst other things, legal and commercial trends in the restructuring, LBO and high yield markets.

The panel will conclude with their views on the year ahead and what lenders, corporates and key stakeholders should be prepared for.
