Practice Experience
Terry O'Brien is an associate in White & Case's Securities Practice Group. His background encompasses securities offerings, securitization transactions, and private equity and hedge fund transactions for both sponsors and investors. He has (i) established and represented both domestic and international private equity and hedge funds, and represented institutional investors in various types of private funds, (ii) represented various investment banks in the public and private offerings of securities, including those backed by credit card receivables, (iii) represented various investment banks in "market value" and "cash flow" type CDO transactions, (iv) represented Canada Housing Trust™ No. 1 and Canada Mortgage Housing Corporation in the periodic issuances of Canada Mortgage Bonds, and (v) represented various lenders in receivables financings.
