Tadanao Oshima, a licensed Japanese lawyer (Bengoshi) since 2001, joined White & Case's Tokyo office in March 2008.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Oshima worked for the Tokyo office of one of the major international firms and for a domestic law firm. He advises on a broad range of issues, including corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions and commercial trades. He also provides advice on corporate risk management such as employment and labor law disputes and litigations. Mr. Oshima is a graduate of the Tokyo University Law Faculty and Cornell Law School. He speaks Japanese and English.
