Practice Experience

Tadanao Oshima, a licensed Japanese attorney (Bengoshi) since 2001, joined White & Case Tokyo in March 2008.

Prior to joining our office, Mr. Oshima worked for the Tokyo office of one of the major international firms and for a domestic law firm. He advises on a broad range of issues, including corporate matter, mergers and acquisitions and commercial trades. He also provides advice on corporate risk management such as employment and labor law dispute and litigations. Mr. Oshima is a graduate of the Tokyo University Law Faculty and Cornell Law School. He speaks Japanese and English.
