Victoria Landsbert is an associate in the Firm's London office. She has wide ranging experience in all aspects of commercial real estate work, including acquisitions, disposals and lettings particularly in the office, retail and industrial sectors. She has also advised clients on the real estate aspects of a broad spectrum of corporate and finance transactions.

Examples of recent representations include:
  • Lead associate acting for Doughty Hanson (one of the largest European real estate funds) on their £60 million acquisition of The Old George Mall Shopping Centre in Salisbury.
  • Lead associate acting for an international real estate investment group in connection with the £75 million acquisition of a multi-let office building in Buckinghamshire.
  • UK real estate aspects of the acquisition by a major Mexican chemical producer of the fluorochemical business division of UK-based INEOS Holdings Limited for US$350 million.
  • Acting for Doughty Hanson in connection with the joint venture acquisition of a £60 million development site in Central London.
  • Acting for an international provider of industrial products and services in relation to its £175 million disposal of assets in the UK and internationally.
  • Continued representation of Telereal Trillium on the running of its diverse property portfolio.
  • Acting for a leading global energy company in connection with the letting and management if its London-based properties.
