Practice Experience

William Pak is a member of the Investment Funds Group at White & Case. His primary focus is on the establishment and representation of private investment funds including both domestic and international private equity and hedge funds.

Prior to joining White & Case, Mr. Pak worked in the mergers & acquisitions department in the San Francisco office of a major accounting firm where he provided transactional tax advisory services for multi-billion dollar mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and spin-offs involving private equity funds, U.S. Corporations, partnerships, LLCs and foreign entities.
