Practice Experience
Ms. Sato became a licensed Japanese attorney (Bengoshi) in October 2005. She joined White & Case in 2006 after working briefly in a variety of domestic practice areas. Ms. Sato’s practice in White & Case has focused on capital markets, regulatory, and real estate matters. She has worked on numerous equity finance and real estate securitization transactions, as well as providing general corporate advice. She is a graduate of Hitotsubashi University (LL.B.) and the Legal Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Japan.
