Mr. Deng is an associate in the Firm's Corporate practice.

Prior to attending the UC Berkeley School of Law, Mr. Deng worked in the Firm's Shanghai office as a legal consultant, where he assisted in the Firm's Merger and Acquisition Practice in China. Mr. Deng also assisted the Firm's non-PRC clients with respect to their China-related corporate general matters.
