French insolvency law is undergoing a far-reaching reform, one that is shifting balances and introducing new concepts.
The new insolvency regime (ordinance n°2021-1193) is applicable as of October 1 this year and, in addition, the security law changes (ordinance n°2021-1192) come into force on January 1, 2022.
