Largest transaction in the chemical industry in Romania
Representation of OLTCHIM SA in connection with the sale in 2017 and 2018 of the majority of its assets. Likely the most complex project in the Romanian market in years with Oltchim being a company held by the Romanian state on matters involving insolvency, publicly traded, of national strategic importance and concerned by a state aid investigation by the EU Commission, with the sale process involving nine bundles of assets and more than 20 bidders.

Representaiton of a banking syndicate in connection with a reserve-based financing of an off-shore gas drilling and gas treatment facility in Romania.

Largest transaction in courier services in Romania
