Global law firm White & Case LLP has expanded its Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice with the arrival in Hong Kong of new partner Chris Kelly, who will lead the corporate practice in Asia.

Kelly, who joins the Firm's Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice, has extensive experience in a wide range of public and private corporate finance and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions and equity offers, and also in the provision of general corporate advice. He joins from Linklaters, where he was Head of Private Equity in Asia, and brings more than 25 years of experience, including 12 years in Asia.
