White & Case Advises Kornit on US$265 Million Offering

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Kornit Digital Ltd. (NASDAQ: KRNT) on its recent offering raising US$169.5 million in primary proceeds, including the exercise in full of the underwriters' option to purchase additional shares, and US$95.5 million in secondary proceeds for the account of Amazon.com, Inc. as selling shareholder pursuant to the exercise of a warrant granted by Kornit. Kornit granted a new warrant to an affiliate of Amazon concurrently with the launch of the offering.

Kornit develops, manufactures and markets industrial digital printing technologies for the garment, apparel and textile industries.

Citigroup, Barclays and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC acted as book-runners and as representatives of the underwriters for this offering. Needham & Company, Stifel, William Blair, Craig-Hallum Capital Group and CJS Securities acted as co-managers for the offering.
