Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Banca Farmafactoring on its initial public offering on the Milan Stock Exchange, in which approximately 30 percent of the company's ordinary shares were sold for a total amount of approximately €250 million.
Banca Farmafactoring specialises in the management, sale and non-recourse factoring of receivables owed to suppliers mainly by national healthcare service entities and other Italian public sector organisations.
Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, Mediobanca - Banca di Credito Finanziario S.p.A. and Morgan Stanley & Co International plc acted as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners. BNP Paribas, Jefferies International Limited and UniCredit Bank AG, Milan Branch acted as Joint Bookrunners.
