Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised BNP Paribas and Deutsche Bank, as Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners, and Crédit Agricole CIB, HSBC and Société Générale, as Joint Bookrunners, on the offering of €800 million senior notes due 2022 by the Elis Group. The notes were issued on April 28, 2015 and priced at 3.0 percent.
White & Case had previously advised the syndicate of banks led by BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs on the initial public offering of Elis on the regulated market of Euronext Paris.
