Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Samba Capital, the Saudi Arabian provider of asset management, brokerage, investment banking and corporate finance services, in its capacity as financial advisor, lead manager, book runner and underwriter on the initial public offering of Al Hammadi Company for Development & Investment.
The IPO, which was completed successfully in July 2014, consisted of newly issued 22.5 million shares in Al Hammadi with an aggregate value of SAR 630 million. Al Hammadi's main activity is owning, operating and managing hospitals.
