Assel Meiramgaliyeva is an Associate in M&A Practice Group and based in Astana office. She specializes in corporate law, M&A, and natural resources projects. Her experience includes advising on wide range corporate issues, structuring of foreign investments in Kazakhstan, in particular in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, joint ventures. Assel's areas of expertise also include antimonopoly matters, conducting transactional due diligence, drafting various commercial and labour agreements.
Prior to joining White & Case, Assel was Senior Associate in one of the largest law firms in the region and legal counsel in the British oil and gas company.
