Overview

Aurélien Loric is an Associate in the EMEA private equity team of our Global Mergers & Acquisitions practice. Aurélien's practice focuses on M&A, private equity, restructuring and insolvency.

Aurélien advises investment funds, alternative investors, entrepreneurs, industrials, listed and non-listed companies, and distressed companies on domestic and cross-border transactions.

Recent experiences of Aurélien include some of the most significant bankruptcies, M&A and industrial restructurings on the French market, such as the restructurings of Conforama, CGG* and Vivarte*.

Aurélien joined the Firm in December 2018 from an international law firm in Paris, where he was an associate in the M&A-Private Equity Group.

Since August 2018, he is working in White & Case New York office.

Conforama (2019)
Advising Steinhoff Group's main creditors on the financial restructuring of its subsidiary Conforama, through a €316 million two-tranche bond issue.

Värde et Triton (2018)*
Advising Värde and Triton in connection with the restructuring of the LBO debt of Fraikin.

DNCA (2018)*
Advising DNCA, one of the main CGG’s shareholders, in connection with its debt restructuration of $2,7 billions;

Blue Mountain (2017)*
Advising Blue Mountain, second largest creditor of Vivarte on the second restructuration of main French fashion retailer.
