Björn Torsteinsrud is an associate in our Capital Markets practice in Stockholm and joined White & Case in 2018. He advises clients on a wide variety of Capital Markets transactions and public M&A, including IPOs, PIPEs, rights issues and takeovers. His practice also includes advising listed companies on corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining White & Case, Björn studied at Stockholm University and at Humboldt University of Berlin and worked as a trainee at the Embassy of Sweden in Mexico City.
