Chris Jeske is an associate in the Firm's Commercial Litigation Practice. He has represented clients in state and federal courts during various stages of litigation, including in matters involving breach of contract and fraud claims. In addition, Chris has experience with representing clients against antitrust claims brought under Section 1 of the Sherman Act. Chris has also represented clients during state and federal felony prosecutions. He has experience in alternative dispute resolution and conducting high-stakes internal investigations.
His experience further includes evaluating claims for litigation funding clients and representing chapter 11 debtors. His pro bono practice includes representing incarcerated individuals.
Before joining White & Case, Chris served as a law clerk to the Honorable Charles R. Norgle for the Northern District of Illinois. Before that, Chris practiced commercial litigation and white-collar defense at an international law firm. During law school, Chris interned for the Honorable Robert M. Dow, Jr., for the Northern District of Illinois and for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Illinois.
