Overview

Delphine Camboulives is an associate in the Commercial Litigation practice of White & Case in Paris.

Delphine assists major French and foreign companies, from all industry sectors, including notably private equity funds, financial institutions, industrial firms and technology companies, in relation to complex litigation before both the French courts (civil, commercial and criminal), the regulators (such as the AMF) as well as foreign jurisdictions.

In addition to her litigation practice, she has advised listed and non-listed companies on mergers & acquisitions, tender offers and corporate law.

Before joining White & Case in 2019, Delphine was an associate in the corporate and commercial litigation department of a US law firm in Paris.
