Mr. Kosinski's practice focuses on the areas of energy infrastructure, employment, data protection, unfair competition and intellectual property. Mr. Kosinski has worked on matters including power plant EPC contracts, engine development risk and revenue sharing agreements, satellite launch agreements, consortium agreements, cross-border copyright litigations, data protection audits, compliance initiatives and employment disputes. Mr. Kosinski has worked at a major Japanese heavy industries company and the Japanese branch of a U.S. semiconductor manufacturer.
He is certified as Japanese Personal Information Protection Law Specialist (2010).
