Megan Jones

Head of Strategy and Development, EMEA Funds Practice, London



Megan is Head of Strategy and Development for the Firm's EMEA Funds practice, where her core focus is on developing opportunities with key clients and strengthening other important client relationships. Megan works closely with other market participants, and alongside relevant industry and practice groups across the network, to ensure that the firm's product and situational expertise is leveraged effectively.

Prior to her current role, Megan was an associate in the Firm's Banking Group, where she focused on complex financial restructurings. She has advised on numerous cross border transactions, and has spent significant time on secondment to special situation and emerging market credit funds.  Megan has worked with a diverse range of clients including distressed investors, banks, corporates, creditor committees and insolvency practitioners.

Prior to joining the Firm, Megan was an associate in the Restructuring department of a magic circle law firm, where she spent time on secondment to the Restructuring team at a major financial advisory firm and a leading international investment bank.
