Mûre Maestrati joined the Paris Office of White & Case in June 2017 as an associate in the Intellectual Property and Information Technology (IP/IT) practice.
Her practice focuses on advisory and litigation matters for French and international clients in the areas of IP law (copyrights, trademarks, designs and models), IT law (IT agreements such as software licenses, integration, outsourcing, ASP, SaaS, cloud computing), internet law (e-commerce, online gambling, liability of technical intermediaries) and data protection.
Prior to joining White & Case, Mûre acquired experience in the IP/IT department of another American law firm in Paris. She has also worked at a French law firm focusing on IP and audiovisual law.
