Nick Shu is an Associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Practice Group, based in Shanghai.
Nick’s legal practice covers areas of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and other general corporate matters associated with public and private companies inside and outside of the United States and China. Prior to joining White & Case, Nick had experiences in a leading US law firm and a reputable PRC law firm in the areas of cross-border mergers and acquisitions and capital markets.
Nick is admitted in both New York State and PRC. He is fluent in Chinese and English.
