Patricia is an associate in the Energy, Infrastructure, Project and Asset Finance group and has focused her practice mainly on the transactional and operational aspects of Oil & Gas projects.
Patricia's experience includes dealing with the development and financing of energy projects, due diligence processes, debt restructuring and corporate law.
Before joining White & Case LLP, Patricia worked in-house at a recognized Oil & Gas Mexican company where she was involved in (i) the negotiation, drafting and revision of the amendments to the company's contracts with Pemex; (ii) the financing for the company's purchase of assets through the issuance of bond certificates; (iii) due diligence processes; (iv) negotiation of joint venture agreements; and (v) the re-financing of the company's debt.
