  • Representation of Saudi Aramco on the restructuring of an international joint venture in Saudi Arabia.
  • Representation of Saudi Aramco on the development and financing of two separate cogeneration and desalination plants in Saudi Arabia.
  • Representation of Saudi Power Procurement Company in relation to the 300MW Jeddah PV IPP Project and the 300MW Rabigh PV IPP Project.
  • Representation of a petrochemicals company in relation to the establishment of a JV alongside a publicly listed company with respect to certain petrochemicals business in the US.
  • Representation of ADNOC on the sale of an interest in ADNOC Refining and the carve-out of the relevant assets from the integrated company in the UAE.
  • Representation of Siccar Point Energy Limited in relation to its acquisition of OMV (UK) Limited and its portfolio assets in the UK North Sea.
  • Representation of an international oil company in relation to the acquisition of a portfolio of assets in Libya.
  • Representation of Saudi Aramco in relation to a sale and purchase of paraxylene agreement.
  • Representation of KEXIM, SMBC and Mizuho Development and financing by KEPCO for the 89.1 MW Fujeij wind IPP in Jordan.
  • Representation of the Government of Kuwait on the PPP project for the construction and operation of Kabd Municipal Solid Waste Treatment Facility in Kuwait.
  • Representation of TOTAL in its successful defence of a US$multi-billion ICC arbitration concerning its acquisition of an interest in a Papa New Guinean gas field and the operation of pre-emption rights.
  • Representation of Petrobras in its successful defence of an arbitration relating to an equity redetermination of the tract participation in a Nigerian oil field.
  • Secondments to ADNOC Group and Emirates Global Aluminium.
