Vanessa Park-Thompson is a litigation associate in White & Case's New York office and a member of the Firm's global Competition Group. She assists major pharmaceutical companies with complex antitrust and intellectual property matters. These include patent disputes and Walker Process fraud claims.
Before joining White & Case, Ms. Park-Thompson practiced litigation at a top Canadian litigation boutique. Her practice covered all aspects of civil disputes, with a focus in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. She acted as counsel in Canada's first biologics patent case and in one of Canada's first biosimilar patent cases.
Ms. Park-Thompson holds a B.Sc. in Neuroscience and has worked in neuroscience laboratories in Toronto, Montreal and Paris. She has been published in a peer-reviewed scientific journal.
