Head of White & Case's Global Tax Practice, Kim Marie Boylan, will moderate a panel at the inaugural ITR Women in Tax Forum in New York. This interactive one day forum will focus on US and global tax and transfer pricing developments and will provide women in tax with an opportunity to network and learn from industry thought leaders.
Subjects will include:
- The BEPS project;
- US tax reform;
- Ethics in Tax and Transfer Pricing; and
- Disputes, among others.
Kim Marie Boylan will moderate the Ethics in Tax and Transfer Pricing Law panel.
This and the many other such events that the Firm participates in recognize the success of not only White & Case's female lawyers, but also of the Firm's Global Women's Initiative. The Initiative encourages the success and advancement of White & Case's female lawyers worldwide with a three-prong strategy:
