Our Prague office is delighted to invite legal students from all universities in the Czech Republic to participate in the 1st White & Case Academy taking place in Brno, a one-day seminar session focusing on commercial law topics.

  • 1:30 – 1:40 p.m. Introduction of White & Case Academy
  • 1:40 – 3:00 p.m. Seminar 1: Czech Regulation of Gambling: May the Odds Be Ever in Your Favor (Michal Křivánek, Associate, White & Case)
  • 3:00 – 3:30 p.m. Coffee break
  • 3:30 – 5:00 p.m. Seminar 2: Acquisition Finance and Structure Thereof (David Plch, Managing Partner, White & Case; Ondřej Bartoň, Associate, White & Case)
  • 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. Informal discussion with speakers
