Stephanie Flanders, Senior Executive Editor and Head of Economics, Bloomberg

Stephanie Flanders is the Senior Executive Editor and Head of Economics for the financial, software, data, and media company, Bloomberg. Prior to this, Stephanie was the Chief Market Strategist for the UK and Europe for J.P. Morgan Asset Management where she delivered insight into the economy and financial markets to thousands of professional investors across the UK, Europe and globally.

Stephanie has also chaired the Royal Society of Arts' Inclusive Growth Commission, which delivered its final report in the spring of 2017 and also occasionally appears as a financial and economics expert on BBC programmes.

Mike Cagney

Mike Cagney, Co-Founder and Chief, Executive Officer, Figure

Mike Cagney is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Figure, where he leads corporate strategy and development. Mike brings decades of experience in the financial industry to his leadership of the company, previously serving as CEO, chairman and co-founder of SoFi, a leading marketplace lender providing student loan refinancing, mortgages and personal loans, as well as a range of wealth management services.

He is also co-founder and managing member of Cabezon Investment Group, a global macro hedge fund, in addition to serving as a non-executive chairman of ReFlow. Before Cabezon, Mike founded, was CEO and then vice chairman and chief architect of Finaplex, a leader in wealth management software that was sold to Broadridge (NYSE: BR). Prior to Finaplex, Mike was Senior Vice President and head trader for the proprietary trading and financial products group at Wells Fargo Bank. Mike holds an M.S. management degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was a Sloan Fellow. He also holds a M.S. in Applied Economics and a B.A. in Economics from UC Santa Cruz.

   
Randy Quarles

Randal K. Quarles, Chairman, The Cynosure Group and Former Vice Chairman, Federal Reserve System

Randal Quarles is Chairman and co-founder of The Cynosure Group, an investment firm bringing together several of the United States' largest family offices to make long-term private investments. From October of 2017 through December 2021, Mr. Quarles was a Governor of the Federal Reserve System, serving as the system's first Vice Chairman for Supervision, charged with ensuring stability of the financial sector. He also served as the Chairman of the Financial Stability Board from December 2018 until December 2021, a global body established after the Great Financial Crisis to coordinate international efforts to enhance financial stability. Earlier in his career, Mr. Quarles was a long-time partner at The Carlyle Group, a leading global private equity firm, and before that a partner at Davis Polk & Wardwell, where he was co-head of their financial services practice. Mr. Quarles has been a close advisor to every Republican Treasury Secretary for the last 35 years, including as Under Secretary of the Treasury in the Bush '43 Administration. He has represented the United States in the Group of Seven, Group of Twenty, and Financial Stability Forum, and was also US Executive Director of the IMF.

   
Alastair Lukies

Alastair Lukies CBE, Technology Entrepreneur, CEO and Co-Founder Pollinate, Chairman FinTech Alliance

Alastair Lukies CBE is a UK businessman and entrepreneur best known as pioneer and champion for the UK's globally Fintech industry. He has been at the forefront of the UK's Financial Technology industry, working with financial institutions, investors and regulators to promote collaboration and mutual benefit across the ecosystem.

Al is Founder and CEO of Pollinate International. He is also Chair of the Fintech Alliance, Vice-chairman of the Global Advisory Council at Motive Partners, and sits on the Prime Minister's Business Council.

Prior to Pollinate, Al founded Monitise and was awarded a CBE for services to mobile banking and charity in June 2014.
