White & Case advises Monese and XYB as they each secure new funding and become two independent businesses

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised pan-European fintech Monese and its global platform as a service (PaaS) business XYB as they have each secured new funding and separated from their existing group structure to become two independent businesses.

The Monese brand will continue as the business-to-consumer facing business, and XYB, the business-to-business PaaS technology business borne out of Monese, will become an independent company.
