Zelda is an associate in the Dispute Resolution group of the firm's London office, and practices both commercial litigation and international arbitration.
Examples of recent representations include:
- Advising an investor in relation to a multi-million dollar investment in a real estate redevelopment project in South Asia in a series of LCIA arbitrations with its joint venture partner;
- Advising a CIS company in an ICC arbitration with a major European contractor concerning disputes arising out of a road construction project; and
- Advising a respondent company in English High Court proceedings relating to an arbitration.
Zelda has also undertaken a six month secondment in the White & Case Hong Kong office.
