Manuel Martinez-Herrera (New York) will participate on the expert panel discussion of "Restrictive Covenants in the International Workplace" webinar hosted by the American Bar Association. The program will cover the issue of restrictive covenants and confidentiality protection in the context of both individual contracts of employment for management and plaintiff counsel and also at collective agreement level in those countries where the issue arises, such as in national labor codes. It will also examine practical issues such as the degree of restraint and restriction which is permitted in Europe, Asia and Latin America and other jurisdictions and practical issues around enforcing or defending such claims.
