Amy L. Delsack is a senior associate in the Bank Finance Group. She is a real estate attorney with a concentration in secured lending transactions. Ms. Delsack has experience in representing major commercial and investment banks in financing transactions with real estate collateral. Ms. Delsack also has experience in representing borrowers in secured real estate financings.

Ms. Delsack has also worked on a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions, including, mortgage securitizations, mergers and acquisitions, dispositions and leasing transactions.
