Anthony Wong

Anthony Wong is White & Case's Head of Investment Funds in Asia-Pacific, based in Hong Kong.

His practice is focused primarily on advising clients on the structuring and establishment of private investment funds, including closed-end, open-end and hybrid structures and managed account arrangements.  Tony's experience also includes advising and representing clients on co-investment plans, carried interest arrangements, fund joint ventures and financing transactions for investment funds.

Tony has also represented a variety of investors throughout Asia, the United States, the Middle East and Europe in their investment into private investment funds.  He works closely with the firm's M&A and Private Equity Practice in transactions in connection with fund formation and secondary buyouts.

Tony also advises regulatory matters relevant to licensing fund managers and securities advisory operations in Hong Kong.
