Mr. Pasricha's practice focuses on domestic and international corporate transactions, with an emphasis on cross-border matters, especially those involving structured investments into and out of India.

Mr. Pasricha's experience includes advising on mergers and acquisitions (public and private), divestments, joint ventures, financings and reorganizations as well as providing general corporate and corporate governance advice to strategic corporate clients as well as private equity sponsors. Mr. Pasricha's industry experience includes software and information technology, oil and gas exploration, renewable energy, pharmaceutical, infrastructure, steel manufacturing, industrial trading, telecommunications, and financial services sectors. Mr. Pasricha also has advised sponsors and lenders in project financings of power and oil and gas projects.

Mr. Pasricha has served as a Judicial Intern to Judge Donald C. Pogue of the United States Court of International Trade. He has also served as a Legislative Extern (Buffalo) to then-Senator, now U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, assisting with regional economic development issues in Western New York.
