Corporate Commitment to America's Youth Award — 2008

On June 19, 2008 White & Case received the 2008 award for Corporate Commitment to America's Youth from the US Congress, for the Firm's ongoing pro bono work on behalf of the Congressional Award Foundation. Chairman of the Firm Hugh Verrier accepted the award on behalf of the Firm.  David Hunt of the Washington, DC office received special recognition for his work as pro bono legal counsel to the Foundation and ex officio member of the Foundation's board.  The Congressional Award Foundation administers the Congressional Award Gold Medal, which is presented to approximately 240 young Americans each year for their dedication to public service.
