White & Case Named Among Top Firms For Women

White & Case has been named one of the top 50 law firms for women to work in the US by Working Mother magazine and Flex-Time Lawyers, a consulting firm advising on the promotion of women attorneys.

The two organizations surveyed the practices of the largest law firms and rated them according to female presence, roles, policies, programs and usage rates.
 
White & Case received high scores in the areas of benefits and compensation, parental leave and related benefits and policies, child care and flexibility.

Highlights of the Firm's best practices include:

• Flexible Work Arrangement (FWA) Program
• The Women's Initiative, Women's Network and Diversity Committee
• Wellness Works, a comprehensive health and wellness program
