Biner Bähr has been working exclusively in the area of insolvency and restructuring law for many years and is one of the most frequently appointed insolvency administrators in Germany; among the matters he has handled in the past were the insolvency proceedings of department store group Hertie and energy supplier TelDaFax.

In the course of necessary restructuring measures, Biner Bähr tries to continue and restructure the companies’ business operations as much as possible. He has executed numerous restructuring plans and self-administration proceedings.
