Mayank Gupta, Associate in our London Bank Finance team, spoke on a panel of leading finance advisers at the Serbian Syndicated Lending seminar held on 8 December 2011 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Belgrade. This seminar, organized by Serbian law firm BDK, was led by experienced professionals who discussed the leveraged loan market and the syndication of loans, as well as examined key legal issues and market standard documentation. The other speakers at this event included Dragan Tepic, principal banker with the EBRD, Tijana Elez, division for syndicated lending at Eurobank EFG and BDK partners Marija Bojovic and Tijana Kojovic.
